Welcome to Drip Envy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, online booking, messaging programs, and any products or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or booking.
  • Our Services are intended for use in the United States.

2) Not Medical Advice; Emergencies

Content on our site (including texts, emails, articles, and chat) is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3) Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message (email or text).
  • You agree to follow any pre-care and post-care instructions provided.
  • Cancellation/No-Show Policy: {Insert your notice window, e.g., “Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a {fee amount or %}.”}
  • We may reschedule or cancel due to staffing, product availability, safety, or weather. If we cancel, we’ll work to reschedule promptly.

4) Payments & Billing

  • Prices, fees, and promotions may change at any time.
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, taxes, and applicable fees.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, you remain responsible for the balance and any related fees.

5) Refunds

8) Consent to Electronic Communications

You agree that we may contact you by email, SMS/MMS text, phone, or in-app/website notices regarding your account, appointments, receipts, and service updates. See the Messaging Program terms below for SMS/MMS details and opt-out instructions.

9) SMS/MMS Messaging Program
9.1 Program Description

By providing your mobile number or opting in via our website, forms, keyword texts, or at checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Drip Envy related to:

  • Transactional/operational: appointment confirmations/reminders, updates, receipts, follow-ups, closures/safety notices.
  • Promotional/marketing: sales, limited-time offers, events, new services, memberships.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9.2 Opt-In

You can opt in by: (a) checking a box/toggle on our website or forms, (b) providing your number during booking and agreeing to receive texts, (c) texting an advertised keyword to our designated number, or (d) signing written/electronic consent.

9.3 Opt-Out

To stop marketing/promotional texts at any time, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may still receive transactional or account-related texts (e.g., reminders, receipts, safety alerts) as permitted by law.

To stop all texts, including transactional, reply STOP ALL or email support@dripenvy.com with your name and mobile number so we can process your request.

9.4 Help & Support

For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@dripenvy.com. We respond during business hours. Please avoid sharing sensitive medical details by text or email.

9.5 Your Responsibilities

  • You confirm you are the subscriber or primary user of the mobile number and have authority to consent.
  • You agree to notify us if you change or relinquish your number.

9.6 Data Use

We process SMS/MMS data under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with vendors solely to deliver messages and maintain compliance.

9.7 E-Sign Consent

By opting in electronically, you consent to receive disclosures and communications from us electronically (including by text). You can withdraw consent by opting out as described above.

10) Acceptable Use

  • Do not interfere with or attempt to access others’ accounts or non-public areas of the Services.
  • Do not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Do not harvest data or reverse-engineer our Services without written permission.

11) Telehealth & HIPAA Notice

Some Services may include virtual intake or follow-up. Standard SMS and email are not secure for Protected Health Information (PHI); please do not transmit sensitive PHI via these channels. If needed, we will arrange a more secure communication method.

12) Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use third-party scheduling, payment, messaging, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.

13) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, photos, and software on the Services are the property of Drip Envy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our IP without prior written permission.

14) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip Envy and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drip Envy, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless a separate written arbitration agreement applies.

18) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
